Privacy statement

A350 Line Tools · updated 12 October 2026

Scope and contact

This statement covers 350tool.com and app.350tool.com, operated as A350 Line Tools. For privacy questions or requests, email oration.jigsaw0i@icloud.com. The web app uses an internet connection and license activation; it has no separate app account or password.

Website hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and web app. It processes connection and request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information, to deliver pages, protect the service and troubleshoot problems. Request and security logs may be available to the operator. Activation and checkout requests are rate limited using the request’s IP address. We do not deliberately log license codes, payment credentials or support messages in the app backend.

Purchases and license activation

Polar hosts checkout and the customer portal, processes the purchase and provides receipts and license keys. Polar and its payment providers process the purchase email, billing details and payment information you supply. Card details are entered on their hosted checkout, rather than in our app.

The app backend uses your purchase email and license code to verify the license and its purchase with Polar. It checks the product, license status, activation and refund status to grant or revoke access. Polar stores the associated customer, order, license and activation records, including the browser label. We can access records needed to provide access and support.

Essential session cookie and local settings

After activation, the app sets the essential __Host-a350_license cookie. It contains encrypted license/session information, including purchase email and activation identifier. It is sent only over HTTPS, is inaccessible to page JavaScript (HttpOnly), and uses SameSite=Strict. Its maximum lifetime is one year and it is renewed when a valid session is checked. Deactivating clears it. Clearing browser data also removes it, but does not automatically release the activation stored by Polar.

Favorites and interface preferences are stored locally in your browser. They are not synchronized to an app account. Circuit breaker marks last for the app session. Removing site data removes local settings. An installed web app may use separate storage from your browser.

Support messages and screenshots

When you submit the support form, FormSubmit forwards your category, message, app version, optional reply email and optional screenshots to our support email inbox. Its spam check may process additional request information under its own policy. Email is handled by our email provider. Please remove personal or confidential details from screenshots and do not send license codes or payment details. You can contact the support email directly instead of using the form.

Analytics and provider policies

We have not integrated advertising, behavioral analytics or a session-recording SDK into the app or landing page. External checkout, customer portal and support pages have their own policies and may use their own cookies or analytics.

Retention and your choices

Local settings remain until you clear them. The essential cookie has the lifetime described above. Purchase and license records are retained by Polar under its policies, including applicable transaction-record obligations. Provider logs follow the provider’s retention settings and policies. Support messages and attachments remain in the support inbox until removed; they are used to handle enquiries and retain a record of support. You can request deletion through the contact email, subject to any records that must be kept by law.

For a request to access, correct or delete personal information associated with this service, contact our support email. We may need to verify that the request concerns your purchase or message. Some transaction information may need to be retained under applicable law. Requests about data controlled independently by a provider can also be made directly to that provider. Disabling essential cookies prevents the app from remembering activated access.

Native app builds

An installed iOS or Android build is distinct from the hosted web app. It uses on-device settings and its packaged reference content; external purchase or support links open a web service with the processing described above. Store privacy declarations must be checked against the actual distributed build and its third-party modules. This statement does not assert that every native build qualifies as “Data Not Collected.”
