The service

A350 Line Tools is an independent reference companion at app.350tool.com. Contact the operator at oration.jigsaw0i@icloud.com. An internet connection is required to load and verify access to web content. Installing the app on your Home Screen provides convenient access; it does not guarantee offline operation.

Price and payment

Lifetime access is offered for €9.99 as a one-time, tax-inclusive payment, with no recurring subscription. The total displayed at Polar checkout is the amount to review before paying. Polar hosts checkout, provides the receipt and purchase customer portal, and processes payment under its checkout buyer terms. Do not pay unless you accept the displayed total and terms.

License and activation

The purchase grants a personal license to the app’s paid reference tools. A license code and purchase email are needed to activate access. One browser or installed web-app instance can be activated at a time. Keep your license code private and do not distribute it or resell app access.

To move access, deactivate the existing browser before activating the new one. Browser and installed web-app storage may be separate, even on one device. Clearing browser data can remove the local session without releasing the activation. If the old device is unavailable, use Polar’s customer portal where activation management is available, or contact support for help.

Meaning of lifetime access

“Lifetime” means the license does not have a scheduled expiry or recurring fee. Access remains available while this web service is operated and the license is valid. It does not promise that the service will operate forever, that all future products are included, or that it will always be available without interruption. Service maintenance and technical outages can affect availability.

Refunds and access

For a refund request, contact support using the email associated with your purchase or use the purchase support options provided by Polar. Requests are handled through Polar’s payment process and applicable statutory rights. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds are handled under Polar’s buyer terms and applicable statutory rights. A refunded purchase, including a partial refund, or a revoked license no longer grants app access.

Reference material and responsible use

The app provides curated reference information. It is not an approved maintenance manual, an operational authorization or a replacement for current approved maintenance data and applicable company procedures. Always verify the aircraft configuration, task applicability and current approved documentation before taking action. Content can contain errors or become outdated; report suspected issues to support.

A350 Line Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbus. Aircraft and manufacturer names identify the subject matter. Use the service within the rights you hold to underlying documentation; do not redistribute protected content or circumvent access controls.

Privacy and support

The privacy statement explains hosting, purchases, activation and support processing. The in-app support form accepts messages and optional screenshots. Remove confidential aircraft, company and personal information before submitting attachments.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect the service. The version applying to a purchase and any mandatory customer rights must be respected; a website update alone does not remove those rights.
